Digimon Central-Characters

Tai

Tai was the leader of the first digidestined. He liked to war goggles. He bonded with Agumon. He had the power to allow his friends to digivovle into his various forums. Tai's main atribute was courage. At first he was too hard headed an often tried to lead to recklessly. He often fought with Matt, who disagreed with him a lot. Tai recieved the crest of courage and tried to use it to digivovle Agumon into his ultmate form way too fast. Because of his mistreatment of Agumon, Greymon ( Agumon's champion form ) Digivovled into an evil digimon, Skrull Greymon. Thankfully, Tai was able to start over and was eventually able to digivole Greymon into Metal Greymon, to defeat Etamon. After the battle Tai returned to the real world where he met up with his sister. Tai was first to battle a digimon that followed him. He returned to the digital world to help his firends, who were aparently in trouble. Eventually Tai was reunited with his friend. He journeyed back to Earth with the to battle Myotismon. Tai disovered his sister was the eigth digi destined. Tai gained the power to digivovle Agumon into WarGreymon. When he returned to the Digital World, Tai learned that he and his sister helped a Botamon (an early form of Agumon ) digivolve into a champion. Thats why he was chosen to be a Digidestined and the current Agumon was made for him. After the Dark masters were defeated Tai returned home to the real owrld. Years later the portal to he digital world reopened and Tai was reunited with Augmon ( now in high school). He was able to mentor Davis and a new group fo Digidestined. By this point Tai was much more mature and best friends with Matt. He was a level headed leader.

Matt

Matt was a foil for Tai and usually got in fights with him early on. He was very protective of his brother, T.K.. Matt bonded with Gabumon and gav ehim the power to digivovle to his various forums. Matt's atribute was friendship ( he recieved the crest of friendship). Overtime Matt was able to open up to his friend and ecnd up becoming close with Tai. Matt attended high school and started a band. He helped to mentor a new group of digidestined. Matt and Sora got married when they reached adulthood.

Sora

Sora was a kind and compasonate child. She thought she wasn't capable of love but in reality she cared the most. Sora was a great Soccer player who Tai had a crush on. Sora bonded with Biyomon and helepd her to digivovle. When Sora recieved the crest of love she was perpelexed an wenrt off on her own. She remembered how her mother forbid her to play soccer. She orginally thought her mther didn;t love her. Hwoever she realized that her mom was only trying rto protect her like she wanted for Bioomon. Sora realzied what love truly was and was able to digivovle Biyomon into her ultmate form. Years after the first conflict Sora and her mother became very close. Sora helped mentor the young digidestined. She ended up marrying Matt.

Izzy

Izzy was the brains behind the digidestined. He often was seen with a computer. Izzy bonded with Tentomon. He recieved the crest of knowledge, which alowed his friend to achieve his ultmate form. Izzy overheard from his parents that he was really adopted. This troubled the young boy. Izzy later learned that his father was a distant relative of his adopted parents. They took him in when his birth parents died. Izzy relaized that his adopted parents were his real family. Izzy would return to advise the new digidestined years later. Usually he would act as the tech guy.

Mimi

Mimi was a very obnoxious yet sincere child. She bonded with Palmon and recieved the Crest of Sincereity. Despite her ditizness she became a brave fighter. After the defeat of the darkmasters Mimi and her parent's moved to America. She visited Japan from time to time, to help the new digidestined.

Joe

Joe was the oldest of the orginal digidestined. He bonded with Gomamon. He recieved the Crest of Relaiblity Joe was a very nervous guy but always came through for us friends in the end. He was put through a lot of pressure in school. His father wanted him to be a doctor. Joe wasn't sure if that was what he wanted. Over time Joe got more confidence and realized he did want to be a doctor. Years later he would help to mentor the new digidestined.

TK was Matt's younger bother and the youngest of the Digidestiend until Kari jioned.Matt was very overprotective of his brother. He bonfed with Patamon, At first Patamon couldn''t digiovle like the others. Devamon knew that the yougnest child would be his undoing. Finally TK was able to get Patamon to Digivovle into Agumon. As a resule Patamon died and restarted at his digi egg stage. This would effect TK for the rest of his life. TK recieved the Crest Of Hope. This allowed Patamon to acheive his ultimate form. TK became close with Kari when she jioned the team. Af rew years after the first battle TK remaiend friends with Kari. He soon meant Davis, Yolei, and Cody. The three ended up being new digidestined. TK jioned Kari to fight as one of the new digidestined. Patamon gained the power to armor digivolve Lster he was able to digivole ino his champion form whrn the Digimon Emporer was defeated. Because of what happened to Angemon against Devamon, TK was very serous when it came to dealin with evil. He realized that evil would always be there. But he was determined to fight it back. TK and Cody became DNA Digmon Partners. As Patamon and Digmon digivovled together to form their champion levels into one ultimate digimon. TK grew up to become a writer and wrote about his adventures as a child. He had a son.

Kari

Kari was sick when the roginal digidestined went to camp. She did not go to the digital world right way. She was Tai's younger sister. Kari wound up being the eigth digidestined and bonded with Gatomon. She recieved the Crest Of Light , giving Gatomon the power to become Angewoman. Kari became good friends with TK. She was very kind. It was later revealed that Tai and Ksri helped a botamon digivolve up to a Greymon as children. This is what they were chosen to be digidestined. When she grew up she remained friends with TK and fought with the new digidestined. Gatomon gained the power to armor digivole. Davis had a crush on Kari which she didn't share. As an adult Kari became a Kindergarden teacher.

Davis

Davis was a head strong young soccer player that had a crush on Kari. He soon diesovered the digital world and received the digi egg of courage. He bonded with Veemon and become one of the new digidestined. Davis wasn't much of a leader in the begining and was often selfish. hH didn't like how Kari and TK were so close. Over time Davis became a true leader. He also became good friends, recieving the crest of friendship. It was Davis who wouldn;t give up on Ken, the digimon emporer. Eventually the two became good friends and dna digivovling partners. Davis lead the new digidestined to victory over Myotismon.

Yolei

Yolei lived with a big family and had a huge crush on Ken. She was good friend with Izzy. She soon discoved the digital world and recieved the digi egg of love. She bonfed with Hawkmon. Yolie was very energtic and sincere. She had a lot of love in her. She really looked up to Mimi. She recieved the Digi Egg Of Sincerity as well. Yolei was shocked to learn that Ken was the Digimon Emporer. But she eventually accept him into the team. Yolei and Ken married as adults.

Cody

Cody was th youngnest of the new digidesitend. He bonded with Digmon. Cody was very smart and logical. He recieved the Digi Egg Of Knowlege and the Digi Egg Of Relability. His father was a brave cop who died in the line of duty. Cody took awhile to forgive Ken for his actions ad the digimon emporer. Eventually he aggreed to becomr friends. Cody 's dna digivovling partner was TK. Cody found out his dad was actually a digidestined and a friend of Owaka.

Ken

Ken was the Digimon Emporoer and the orginal adversary of the new digi destined e as cruell and mean to the digimon. Wormmon was his partner. Ken tried to create the perfect digimon. Wormmon died when the subject got out of control. The new digi distined defeated it. Ken became distraut and gave up. He realized digimon had real feelings. Ken thought about his first journey to the Digital World. He also thought about the tagic death of his btother that happened at the same time. Ken was reunited wirh a reincarnated wormmon and was be to allow him to digivovle to champion status. Ken recieved the Crest Of Kindness and fought evil on his own. Eventually he jioned the Digidestined fully,. Davis became his dna digivoling partner. Owaka had given Ken the dark spore years prior. This made him, smarter but also was a pawn of the evil forces. It was destroyred when Ken ceased being the Digimon Emproer. As an adult Ken married Yolei and had kids with her. He became a detective.

Takato

Takato was a normal boy who was a fan of the Digimon TV Show. One day he drew a digimon of his own. He found a strange blue card that brought his drawing to life as a real digimon named Guilmon. Guilmon was child like and very loving. Takato guided the child like digimon and bonded with him quickly. Takoto struggled to hide him from his friends and family. Takato met other Tamers, named Henry and Rita. Henry was friendly but Rika was more interested in competion. Takato learned that he could use digimon cards to give Guilmon special powers. This came in handy when he battled rogue Digimon. Takato learned that he could digivovle Gulimon into champion level ( later Ultimate level as well) . He became a skilled Tamer, if a bit reckless. Takato, Henry, and Rika slowly became a team. As they began to battle the mysterious Devas. A young girl named Jeri bonded with Gilmon and was a very close friend of Takato. Takato's old friends ( Kenzu and Kenta) had at first rejected him when they saw Gulimon. But they came around and accepted him. When Calumon gets abducted and forcibly taken to the Digital World, Takato led his friends on an adventure to there. Impmon betrayed the Tamers and became Beezlemon. He killed Leomon, which sent Jeri into depression. Takato became angry and swore revenge. He used his anger to digivovle Guilmon into an evil Mega Forum. Takato soon realized that Guilmon was out of control and that he messed up badly. Takato was able get a second chance and digivolve Guilmon the right way. He Biomerged with this friend to obtain a Mega Level . Takato learned that the D-Reaper program was the real threat. Which now had Jeri as its prisioner, using her depression for power. Takato returned to the real world with his friends. Desparate to save Jeri. In the end, Jeri was saved and the D-Reaper defeated. Unfortunatly the real world was no longer habitable for digimon. So Takato was force to watch as Guilmon returned to the digital world. After several weeks Takato found an entrence to the digital world and went off to visit Guilmon.

Henry

Henry was a logical and compasionate child. His dad was a smart scientist, who he seemed to take after. Henry was protective of his younger sibling, Suzie. Henry discovered that the Digimon in his video gave were actually living things. Terriermon emerged from the game and became Henry's partner. Henry did not want Terriermon to fight other digimon. Prefering to live in peace. He befriended Takato and eventually Rika. Even around his more agressive friends, Henry refused to allow Terriermon to fight. Eventually, Henry realized that Terriermon had to fight, to defend against sinister Digimon. He learned to digivovle Terriermon into champion level. And eventually Ultimate level. Henry's dad had more to do with Digimon then Henry thought. As he was one of the orginal developers of the programs. Which had somehow become sentient. Henry journeyed with his friends to the digital world. His sister Suzie ended up following. Henry was very protective and refused to let her go into any dangerous situations. Despite her becoming a Tamer herself. Henry learned to biomerge with Terriermon to acheive his mega level. Henry helped his friends defeat the D-Reaper. He was saddened to hear that his father's team of scientists had to make the world unsuitable for Digimon. Which meant Terriermon had to go back to the digital world indiffinitly.

Rika

Rika was a champion Digimon card player. She was very tough and only wanted to be the best Digimon Card Player. Renamom choose her to be her Tamer, so she could become stronger. At first Rika only thought of Renamon as a fighter. She wanted to be the best Tamer and had no interest in having friends. Rika was at odds with her mother, who wanted her to act more femine. Rika meant Takato and Henry but seemed to not be interested in them. Rika soon learned to care for Renamon and that she needed firends. This gave her the power to digivovle Renamon into her champion level. Rika remained tough but became friends with Takato and Henry. As the teamed up to fight the rouge digimon. Rika helped Jeri learn how to be a Tamer. Rika journeyed to the digital world with her friends. Making amends with her mother beforehand. Where she meant her former rival, Ryo. Who she seemed to have a hidden fondness for. Rika learned how to Biomerge with Renamon to acheive a Mega Level. She lened her friends defeat the D-Reaper. Rika was forced to say goodbye to Renamon, as Digiom could no longer appear in the real world. Forcing Rika's friend to go back t the Digital World.

Jeri

Jeri was a girl in Takato's class that seemed to be friendly with Takato. She soon discovered Guilmon and became very interested in him. She soon became a Tamer in her own right, when she bonded with the reluctant Leomon. Jeri accompanied the others to the digital world. Her heart was broken when Beezlemon killed Leomon. Jeri was sent into a terrible depression and became the prisoner of the D-Reaper. Who used her depression for power. Takato and the others were able to save her. With the help of a repent Beezlemon. Jeri was finally able to get over Leomon and get on with her life.

Kazu

Kazu was a friend of Takato. He played Digimon Cards with him and Kenta. Kazu freaked when he learned about Gulimon. But he soon accepted Takato being a tamber. He made Takato a new blue card that ended up helping in battle. Kazu folled the Tamers into the Digital World. he soon became a Tamer himself, when he bonded with Guardromon. When the real l world was no longer habitable to Digimon, Guardromon returned to the Digital World

Kenta

Kenta was one of Takato's friends, he played Digimon Cards with him and Kazu. He was reluctant when Takato revealed Guilmon. But soom came around. He jorunyedy to the Digital World, where he became partnered with MarineAngiemon. When the real world was no longer habitable for Digimon, MarineAngiemon returned to the Digital World.

Ryo

Ryo was a great Digimon Card player that was a rival to Rika. He somehow became trapped in the Digital World before the other Tamers entered it. Ryo's partner was Cyberdramon. Cyberdramon acted out of control at times, Ryo tried to keep him from going on a Rampage. He later was able to biomerge with him to become Justimon. Ryo returned to the real world witht he other Tamers. But later, the Real World could not support Digimon anymore. Forcing Cyberdramon to return to the Digital World.

Suzie

Suzie was Henry's younger sister. She was very innocent. She treated Terriermon like a doll. And was amazed when she learned he was a real digimon. Henry originally left her in the real World. while the Tamers jorunied to the Digital one. But while at the Park with her father, she somehow stumbled upon and enterence to the Digital World. There she meant the Deva, Antylymon. Antylamon was rejected by the Soveriegn's for bonding with the young girl. She reverts to aher rokkie state, Lopmon. Suzie became her Tamer. Suzie was forced to say goodbye to Lopmon when the Real World could no longer support Digimon. Lopmon returned to the Digital World.
